In the meeting of the Minister for Education with the various unions in IHRD on 27th November, 2013, Minister has instructed to treat the matters of 'Staff pattern' and 'Pay revision' separately with immediate effect. This was the prerequisite stand of IHRD Staff Union in the matter of allotting State Pay Revision to IHRD Staff, which was represented very early by this Union in its meetings and correspondences with Management and government.
