IHRDSU, on 23.01.2012 presented before the Revision committee, our views/suggestions regarding the existing Staff pattern. Alloted time for each Union was half n hour. Discussions with IHRDSU lasted for 1.15 Hrs. Comrades,Sajeesh kumar, Manoj.KG, Roopesh Chandran Nair and Rex Achiel represented Staff Union for the discussions.The committee has asked IHRDSU to prepare n present a proposal regarding Duties & Responsibilities of IHRD employees.
